Please read carefully and fill out the booking form below. Upon receiving the first inquiry with filled out booking form, we will send you information on how to confirm your trip by putting deposit by e-mail.
These are OUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mongol Khan Expeditions will provide services indicated in the itinerary with qualities and conditions promised and agreed. We will take all necessary efforts to organize the trip with best available comfort in the region. We will not take responsibilities of the result caused by extreme weather, natural disaster, airline schedule, public strikes, quarantine, government regulations and your own health condition. We will do everything in our power to resolve when such difficulties arise.
Now you need to CONFIRM YOUR TRIP:
After completing the inquiry deposit of $300 per person will confirm your trip with us. We will provide you with bank transfer information via e-mail. Upon receipt of the deposit we will send you confirmation letter with detailed package information related to your travels.
The remaining balance needs to be paid in no later than 45 days prior to start of the trip date.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
- 50% of the deposit fee for cancellation more than 46 days before trip starts
- 100% of the deposit fee for cancellation for 45 to 31 days before trip starts
- 50% of the trip price for cancellation within 30-16 days before trip starts
- 100% full price of trip for less than 15 days before trip starts
Trip cancellation must be notified to Mongol Khan Expeditions by e-mail by the person who made booking and confirmation.
There is no refund for unused part of the trip once trip already started.

This is a trip in Mongolia, a country that is far and remote. Once you leave capital city Ulaanbaatar on any journey we are leaving our comfort zone. Regardless of our effort to run the trip with best comfort, there are conditions that we are not in charge. Your physical condition is essential to take this adventure just like the nature of any other adventures. Any special medical condition and dietary requirements needs to be filled in the booking form so that we can host you with better preparation.
Things don’t run like Swiss clock in Mongolia. Weather can change in matter of hours, flights may delay, rivers may get flooded or just a simple flat tire can cause a delay or force us to change the plan. In these situations having flexibility and sense of humor is essential. Our company and our trip leaders will always find best solution to the given situation and that is why you travel with us.
Do you have SOMETHING TO SAY!
Any complaint or comment should be made to local guide, trip leader and to the office as soon as identified. Only then we will be able to take actions to resolve the situation. Your voice is very important to us to ensure that we provide better service for you and future travelers. After each trip we provide you with the questionnaire with evaluation form.
You need an INSURANCE!
Travel insurance covering medical services and emergency evacuation as well as loss or damage of your personal belongings is essential. Please make sure that this insurer has experience of handling Mongolia.
Do you want SINGLE SUPPLEMENT?
Trip prices are based on twin shared rooms. But if you wish to have your own room or tent we provide single supplement. You can find the single supplement fee on each itinerary.
